The calm, atmospherically dense photographs of Pierluigi Macor's BOWIE TEXAS were taken on five long road trips (between 2011-2016) through Montana, Texas and Colorado, up the Mississippi and from New Orleans to Marfa. Far away from the big cities, undisturbed by fellow travelers, Macor pursued only one goal: to take the good picture and enjoy the feeling of happiness.
